Procedure to follow for Pearson Int'l Airport Arrivals
If possible, please give us a call at 1-888-671-4554 or 905-671-4554 upon your arrival to notify us of your arrival. Otherwise follow the steps below:

Proceed to the Pre-Arranged Post "Terminal 1 = Post D and Terminal 3 = Post 29" |

Give your name to the commissioner at the Pre-Arranged Post and ask him to call Toronto Airport Limousine from the compound. Your limousine will pick you up in two minutes. |

Please confirm your name with the driver so you are serviced by the designated limousine because there will be other parties as well. In the event of a problem at any stage of the trip, we encourage you to give us a call directly. |

Pickup Procedure for Hotels and Convention Centres
Toronto Airport Limousines provides limousine service to and from the hotels located across Greater Toronto Area.
When clients have reserved a Toronto Airport Limousine for a pickup from a hotel. We advise them to stay in the lobby, main or designated gate/door of the hotel when it is time for the pickup.
Toronto Airport Limousines usually arrive 10 minutes prior to the pickup time; therefore, clients are advised to make sure they take the designated Limousine to avoid mishaps.
Clients can confirm their name, limousine company name or destination with the drivers to avoid mix-ups.
Upon making your limousine reservations, please clarify the exact pickup or drop-off locations. For example, in the case of convention centres it could be south or north, in the case of hotels it could be Marriott by the Airport or Marriott Downtown so it is important for us to send our limousine drivers to the right location.
